N Family Club in St Albans is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. You’ll deliver the N Curriculum through play, supported by industry-leading training and resources, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Level 2+ Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) with willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge or willingness to refresh.
• Genuine passion for education and changing children’s lives.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support daily routines – meals and naps.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Observe, assess and plan for your key children; build relationships.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean and engaging.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate and share ideas.
