Philosophy Education LTD. in Hampstead is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join a small, welcoming one-form entry primary school. You will be based in the Nursery class of 15 children and support the EYFS curriculum alongside the class teacher.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 EYFS qualification, EYFS key-worker experience with assessment and planning, and an energetic, positive approach that fosters curiosity and good relationships with children, parents and staff.

Qualifications

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic Early Years Educator to join a small, welcoming one-form entry primary school in the Hampstead Heath area.

The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will be based in the Nursery class of 15 children, working closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

You will play a key role in:

• Supporting the delivery of high-quality, creative, and stimulating learning experiences
• Encouraging children’s curiosity, independence, and love of learning through play-based activities
• Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion, and social development within a nurturing environment
• Observing and assessing children’s progress, contributing to regular reporting and planning discussions
• Assisting with day-to-day classroom routines and ensuring the learning environment remains safe, welcoming, and inspiring

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A Level 3 qualification
• Early Years key-worker experience including assessment and planning
• An energetic and positive approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creativity and confidence in delivering fun, interactive, and engaging learning activities
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to contribute positively to a supportive team

This is a full-time contract role starting in September 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity for a qualified Early Years Educator to move in to a school-based position.
