Competenze

• Qualified practitioner in early years
• DBS check required before starting
• Evidence of safeguarding training or commitment

Mansioni

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff to ensure standards are delivered
• Ensure effective implementation of EYFS requirements
• Provide professional feedback to parents and carers
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open working relationships with staff
• Maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
