Join N Family Club's Reading nursery as an Early Years Educator, where you’ll nurture curiosity and confidence in every child. You’ll deliver the N Curriculum through play, support daily routines, and build strong relationships with families in a lively, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• A genuine passion for education and changing children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children; build strong relationships with families.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice; be a positive role model.
