Apprenticeship Details:
- Working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years Education.
- The apprenticeship lasts 14 months, supported by a dedicated assessor, mentor, and nursery staff.
- Requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality.
- Provides pathways to various future roles within the childcare sector.
- Training takes place at the workplace.
- Attending online training with your assessor once a week for the first 8 weeks, with the rest of the time spent working in the nursery.
- Completing a qualification in Paediatric First Aid.
Additional Requirements:
The apprentice must be flexible to meet the needs of the business, punctual, and able to work as part of a team using initiative. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts to be confirmed.
