Job summary

Realise Training is offering an Early Years Educator Apprentice role at Toad Hall Nursery Horley. You will work as part of a team, gaining hands-on experience while working toward the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard.

The role is 40 hours per week, with on-the-job training delivered by Realise Training. You will learn to follow EYFS, support daily routines, and develop essential childcare skills in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English at grade C or above (or willing to complete functional skills)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate activities for children from birth to five years
• Support in delivering EYFS-based routines within a key person structure
• Help create a stimulating, safe environment with appropriate displays
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly nursery checks
• Learn on the job as part of a team and develop high-quality childcare skills
• Contribute to observations and records for children
