Job summary

Realise Training is recruiting an Early Years Educator Apprentice for Footsteps Fradley Nursery in Alrewas. You will train on the job, supported by a buddy, and work toward becoming a key person with on-site training days.

You will observe, assess, and plan activities to promote high-quality learning while ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role includes a 14-month apprenticeship with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the statutory EYFS framework and regulatory requirements (Desirable).
• Fluent in written and spoken English required.
• Passionate about learning and developing into the role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the nursery and uphold high standards of care and education.
• Work with a buddy to develop best practices and child development activities.
• Observe, assess and plan stimulating activities aligned to each child’s needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and follow nursery policies.

Education

Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator

Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
