Job summary

Realise Training in Wickford is offering an Early Years Educator Apprentice position. You will be trained on the job, with a buddy to support you, and you will work toward becoming a key person in the nursery. Training days are provided by a dedicated provider, with on-the-job learning.

You’ll gain practical experience while attending training to complete Level 3 qualifications for the Early Years Educator and related awards. The role offers full-time hours in a nursery setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
• Desire to learn and develop in an apprentice role.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist team to deliver high standards of care and education in the nursery.
• Contribute to planning to support learning and development.
• Liaise with staff regarding children's needs and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Adhere to nursery policies and health and safety requirements.
