Job summary

Realise Training in Wellesbourne is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. You'll spend 20% of your week on training and the remainder gaining hands-on experience in a nurturing setting.

You will help create a warm, safe space for children, engage them in EYFS-play activities, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues while progressing through the Level 3 apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education and experience working with children is preferred for a level 3 role.
• A positive, proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
• Commitment to completing apprenticeship tasks with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 20% of the week to training and the rest to hands-on experience.
• Help create a warm, fun, and safe space where children thrive.
