Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting an Early Years Educator - 1:1 SEN Support to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Bristol. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider early years team to deliver

Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child with SEN within an early years setting
• Supporting learning through play and adapting activities to meet individual needs
• Encouraging communication, social interaction, and emotional development
• Working alongside teachers and support staff to implement individual support plans
• Promoting independence and confidence in daily routines and activities
• Supporting with personal care where required
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Recording observations and providing feedback on progress

Pay: £110 per day
