Job summary

N Family Club is seeking an Early Years Educator for our Tunbridge Wells nursery. You’ll bring the N Curriculum to life through play, nurture curiosity and confidence in every child, and support a fast-paced learning environment with industry-leading training and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum via play.
• Support daily routines – from meals to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
• Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas.

Our Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
