Job summary

LT Support LTD are working with an expanding Nursery in Leigh-on-Sea attached to a school who are seeking a number of qualified Nursery Nurse/ Early Years Practitioners and a permanent Early Years Educator.

The role requires Level 2 or 3 in Early Years, enhanced DBS for children on the update service or willing to apply, and immediate availability Monday to Friday, with hours 7:30am-1pm or 12:30pm-6pm. 27.5 hours per week, year round.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 in Early Years is required.
• Immediate availability Monday to Friday.
• Enhanced DBS for children or willingness to apply.

• Engage with 2-4 year olds to promote learning in a friendly, growing nursery.

We are working with an expanding Nursery in Leigh-on-Sea atached to a school who are seeking a number of qualified Nursery Nurse/ Early Years Practitioners and a permanent Early Years Educator.

The role is active and you will need to have a calm manner. You will be engaging with the students to promote learning in a friendly, growing nursery for 2-4 year olds.

We are looking for someone who is warm, calm, caring and genuinely enjoys working with young children, but who is also confident, proactive and happy to muck in as part of a busy team. With the introduction of two-year-olds, flexibility and an understanding of the differing needs of younger children are particularly important.

Requirements

Applications are welcome from Nursery Nurses, TAs and LSAs with Level 2 or 3 in Early Years who have worked with nursery aged children and hold an enhanced DBS for children on the update service or are happy to apply for one.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Relevant experience
• Immediate availability Monday to Friday
• Clear communication
• Relevannt Early Years Level 2 or 3 qualification
• Committed to securing high levels of progress, achievement for students- Strong interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
