Hays Education is working exclusively with a nursery school in Coventry. The nursery is situated in the city centre and is easily accessible by public transport. It caters to children from 6 weeks to pre-school age, providing a stimulating and nurturing learning environment to meet individual and group needs. The nursery prepares children for a successful school life.

Your New Role

You will work full-time, year-round, between 38–40 hours per week on a shift basis. The nursery is flexible and will accommodate your working hours as much as possible, provided you can work the latter hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement the EYFS curriculum
• Motivate children and encourage learning through play
• Assess children's learning and development
• Promote health, safety, and safeguarding of children
• Support children by being friendly, a role model, and adapting behaviors to meet their social and emotional needs

Qualifications and Experience

Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 accepted). Keyworker experience, including knowledge and experience of completing learning journals and observations. Confident in delivering the EYFS framework. Recent experience working in a nursery or school setting within the Early Years foundation.
