Thrift Farm Day Nursery’s ethos focuses on outdoor learning, natural materials, resources, and a “child-led” learning approach, providing a unique environment and learning experiences for children. Due to continued success and expansion, we are now recruiting for our idyllic nursery located at Thrift Farm in Whaddon.
We seek an experienced and confident Early Years Educator to join us on a full-time basis, assisting the Manager with the day-to-day running of this farm-based setting.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for confident early years professionals eager for a new challenge. You should be motivated, proactive, and able to contribute ideas and activities. You must be familiar with the EYFS framework and have experience in a similar role.
Ideally, you will hold a relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above), but Level 2 or unqualified applicants with experience will also be considered.
Due to our rural location, a full driving license and own transport are required, as public transport links are limited.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Please note the nursery operates from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts. Applicants should be able to commit to early and late shifts.
