Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd is seeking a dedicated training professional to deliver high-quality Early Years programmes, including adult learning and Skills Bootcamps, across hybrid delivery models. Qualifications

• Level 5 in subject sector specialization (essential).
• Level 3 CAVA or equivalent (essential).
• Level 3 AET or equivalent (essential).
• GCSE English and Maths (A*-C) (essential).
• Full clean driving licence and travel access (essential).
• BA in subject sector (desirable).
• Level 4 IQA (desirable).
• Level 5 CET or equivalent (desirable).
• IOSH/First Aid qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage an agreed caseload of learners delivering high-quality training, coaching and assessment to achieve qualifications.
• Design and deliver learning across face-to-face, online and hybrid delivery models.
• Conduct robust initial assessments to tailor personalised learning plans.
• Plan sequencing of sessions to support learner progression and employer needs.
• Collaborate with employers to create meaningful training plans and support workplace application of skills.
• Provide information, advice and guidance (IAG) throughout the learner journey.
• Organise induction programmes with employers and clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain records and reporting in line with awarding organisations and funding rules.
• Ensure safeguarding, Prevent, Equality and British values are embedded across learning.
