Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Childcare Setting Manager to lead our Breakfast & After School Clubs at Bromham CofE Primary School. You’ll oversee a small team, deliver safe, engaging activities for children aged 4–11, and build strong relationships with schools and families.

This split-shift, term-time role offers 25 hours per week at £13.80 per hour, with opportunities to increase hours during Holiday Clubs.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Experience with supervising children and teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet children and lead activities.
• Lead after-school activities and structured play.
• Plan age-appropriate, inclusive sessions.
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver quality care.
• Communicate with parents, hosts, and central operations.
• Ensure health, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed.
