Job summary

Co-op Childcare in Witney is seeking an Early Years Assistant to support learning and development in Little Pioneers nurseries. No formal qualification is required to help deliver our vision of being the leading Early Years provider, with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive team.

You will work flexibly across full-time, part-time or flexible hours, helping deliver high-quality care and early education while benefiting from training and development plans and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS checked (costs covered by employer).
• Open, honest and compassionate candidate.
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Assistant, you will work in unity to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room, and for children.
• You will support the education and development of your key children, providing opportunities for learning through exciting play that sparks curiosity.
• As a key part of the team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality care and early education, bringing buckets of passion and enthusiasm.
