Co-op Childcare is seeking an Early Years Assistant to support learning in our Little Pioneers nurseries. You don’t need formal qualifications to join and we provide training to help you grow your career in early years.

As part of a friendly team, you’ll focus on safeguarding, EYFS practices, and creating engaging play experiences for children. A DBS check is required and funded by us, with flexible hours and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required and we’ll cover the costs.
• Open, honest and compassionate disposition.
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS principles.

Responsibilities

• Work in the room to achieve outstanding results for children.
• Support education and development of key children through play.
• Deliver high-quality care and early education with enthusiasm.
