Co-op Childcare is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our Little Pioneers nurseries and help deliver high-quality early education and care. You don’t need to be qualified to help us realise our vision of being the leading Early Years provider.

You’ll support learning through exciting play, assist with the development of key children, and contribute to a nurturing, passionate team focused on safeguarding and best practice. Flexible hours available to suit work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required (costs covered).
• Open, honest and compassionate.
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Assistant, you will work in unity to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room, and for children.
• You will support the education and development of your key children, providing opportunities for learning through exciting play that sparks curiosity.
• As a key part of the team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality care and early education, bringing buckets of passion and enthusiasm
