Early Years Alliance is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Luton nursery. You will work with the management team to inspire and lead staff to deliver high quality inclusive early years education and care, in line with policies and procedures.

You will model responsive interaction with children, extend their learning, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times. This is a part-time, on-site permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of our nursery management team to inspire and lead the team to deliver high quality inclusive early years education and care in line with policies and procedure
• Be a role model for the wider staff team, modelling sensitive and responsive interaction and extending children’s learning
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times.
