Bright Horizons Sawbridgeworth Nursery is looking for an Early Years Assistant to join a friendly team. You will care for children up to age 5, provide engaging activities, and support development in a welcoming, safe environment near Sawbridgeworth.

The role is part-time, Monday–Friday 11am–3pm, with a starting hourly rate of £13.26, depending on qualifications and experience. DBS checks are required and benefits include childcare discounts and enhanced parental leave.

Competenze

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults

Salary – From: £13.26ph (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location – Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21

Hours - Part time Monday-Friday 11am-3pm or similar shifts

We’re looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our Bright Horizons Sawbridgeworth Nursery is a listed building and only a 10 minute walk from the station. The Role

As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.
