OurCoop Little Pioneers is seeking an Early Years Assistant to support learning and development in our nurseries. No formal qualification is required to start, with opportunities to learn and grow as you help us realise our vision of being a leading Early Years provider.

You will work across full time, part time, or flexible hours to fit your life balance, helping deliver engaging learning experiences and high-quality care for children.

Qualifications

• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs!)
• Open, honest and compassionate
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS

Responsibilities

• Work in unity to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children.
• Support the education and development of key children through learning through play.
• Deliver high-quality care and early education with passion and enthusiasm
