Job summary

The Midcounties Co-Operative is looking for an Early Years Assistant to help deliver high-quality care in our Little Pioneers nurseries. You don’t need formal qualifications to start, and we offer roles to match your availability, including full-time, part-time and flexible hours.

You will support key children’s learning, spark curiosity through play, and join a passionate team dedicated to early years education and safeguarding. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• An Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Candidate should be open, honest and compassionate.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS frameworks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality care and early education.
• Assist in developing learning through play and daily routines.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
