The Midcounties Co-Operative is seeking an Early Years Assistant for its Little Pioneers nurseries in the Southampton area. You will contribute to high-quality early education through play, supporting key children and their development in a collaborative team environment.

Role supports various hours (full-time, part-time or flexible) to fit work-life balance, with DBS checks covered and a focus on safeguarding and EYFS principles. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs!)
• Someone who is open, honest and compassionate
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children
• An understanding of safeguarding and EYFS

Responsabilidades

• As an Early Years Assistant, you will work in unity to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room, and for children.
• You will support the education and development of your key children, providing opportunities for learning through exciting play that sparks curiosity.
• As a key part of the team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality care and early education, bringing buckets of passion and enthusiasm
