Co-op Childcare's Little Pioneers nurseries in Swindon invite applications for an Early Years Assistant. You’ll support learning through play, help nurture key children, and contribute to delivering high-quality early education within a welcoming team.

No formal qualifications are required to start, and we provide a DBS check, full training, development plans, and generous benefits, including annual leave, discounts, and wellbeing support to help you grow with the role.

Job description
