Job summary

Little Pioneers nurseries is seeking an Early Years Assistant to support children's learning through engaging play and daily routines. No formal qualification is required, offering opportunities to learn and develop within a committed team.

The role accommodates full time, part time or flexible hours, with emphasis on safeguarding and EYFS, and access to training and development as part of a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• DBS check completed or in process.
• Open, honest and compassionate.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Work in unity to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children.
• Support the education and development of key children through play-based learning.
