Job summary

Cherubs Nurseries is seeking an Assessor-Coach to support apprentices toward childcare qualifications. You will deliver teaching, coaching and assessments across multiple sites, with 20% of hours in nursery settings and frequent travel between nurseries.

You must hold Level 3 in Childcare and a recognised Assessor award, plus a full UK driving licence. Evening and weekend work may be required to meet shift patterns and learner needs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Assessor award such as D32/D33, AL, TAQA or CAVA.
• Proven experience in Early Years sector and apprenticeship settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplace support, teaching, coaching and assessments.
• Induct learners and carry out initial assessments per guidelines.
• Visit learners on-site and online to teach, coach and support progress.
