Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking enthusiastic individuals to start their career as Early Years Apprentices. This role offers learning, development, and real hands-on experience from day one, within the UK’s leading nursery group.

You will work with seasoned Early Years professionals, receive mentoring, and take part in bespoke Learning & Development courses, guided by your Development Coach. The program aims to build skills and confidence for a lasting career in childcare.

Competenze

• Be passionate about childcare and motivated to start a career in Early Years (essential).
• To meet funding eligibility, you must have been a resident in the UK for at least the 3 consecutive years (essential).
• Provide evidence of Maths and English achievements (GCSE Maths and English grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills).
• A Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification is desirable.
