Busy Bees is recruiting Early Years Apprentices to start a rewarding career in childcare. You will work with experienced Early Years professionals, receive mentoring, and engage in bespoke Learning & Development courses as you learn on the job.

This apprenticeship offers a pathway to a long-term career in childcare, with support from a Development Coach and opportunities to grow with Busy Bees across its nationwide nurseries.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences for all children.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure children’s individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to the safeguarding of all children.
• Complete apprenticeship provided by Busy Bees Education and Training within the expected timeframe.
