Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries are inviting applicants for Early Years Apprenticeships across our nurseries in the UK. This is a rewarding entry route into childcare, offering hands-on learning, mentoring, and progression through our Bee Curious curriculum.

You will work with experienced Early Years professionals, receive dedicated support, and have access to bespoke Learning & Development courses, with regular feedback from your Development Coach to help you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about childcare and motivated to start a career in Early Years.
• UK resident for at least 3 consecutive years to meet funding eligibility.
• Maths and English achievements evidenced (GCSE 3/D or Level 2 Functional Skills).

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences for all children.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure children’s individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Complete apprenticeship provided by Busy Bees Education and Training within the expected timeframe.
