Kids 1st Steps has an exciting opportunity in Burnage. This role offers a chance to expand your knowledge and skills within a dedicated childcare team.

This role involves:

• Attending team meetings and sharing ideas
• Providing care for children under supervision, including washing, changing, and feeding
• Supporting the emotional and personal needs of children
• Engaging in adult interaction with children in the nursery
• Adhering to the nursery's confidentiality policy

Team Work

• Supporting staff and participating in team activities
• Attending out-of-hours activities, training, staff meetings, parents' evenings, and events
• Contributing to policies and procedures, including the Early Years Foundation Stage
