Qualifications

• Willingness to study toward an Early Years Educator apprenticeship L3.
• Ability to work with children of varying ages.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, delivery and evaluation of age-appropriate activities.
• Assist with drop-off/pick-up and communication with parents.
• Make daily observations of children and track development using the Footsteps system.
• Contribute to safeguarding reporting and risk assessments for outings and activities.
• Support the team in preparing children's records and meeting targets.
