Bright Horizons in Teddington is hiring an Early Years Apprentice to support children up to age 5 through play, reading and engaging activities. You will work with a team and participate in training to gain a formal early years qualification.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing your apprenticeship.
• GCSE English at level C/4 or higher or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Experience with children is beneficial but not required.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a team.
• Engage in interactive play, reading and learning activities.
• Attend required training and coursework for your qualification.
• Reflect on practice and use feedback to improve development.
