Job summary

Bright Horizons Poole Montessori Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join their team in Poole, Dorset. You will care for babies and children up to five years old, engaging them in interactive play, reading, and learning activities under the guidance of your assessor.

You will undertake required training and coursework to complete your formal qualification, with support to reflect and implement new ideas to enhance development and learning.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing your apprenticeship (essential).
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a team.
• Attend training and coursework for their formal qualification under guidance.
