Busy Bees Nurseries is recruiting Early Years Apprentices in the UK. You will learn under experienced Early Years professionals, receive mentoring, and take part in bespoke Learning & Development courses while contributing to high-quality childcare from day one.

The apprenticeship offers a pathway to a long-term career in childcare, with support from Busy Bees Education and Training and opportunities to engage in our charity partnerships and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about childcare and motivated to start a career in Early Years.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences for all children.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure children’s individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to the safeguarding of all children.
• Work toward completing your apprenticeship provided by Busy Bees Education and Training within the expected timeframe.
