Job summary

Busy Bees is recruiting an Early Years Apprentice to begin a rewarding career in the Early Years sector. You will be supported by experienced mentors and engage in bespoke Learning & Development courses as you grow.

As an apprentice, you will help plan and deliver EYFS activities, support high-quality childcare, build strong relationships with children and parents, and contribute to safeguarding while completing your apprenticeship with Busy Bees Education and Training.

Qualifications

• UK resident for at least 3 consecutive years.
• GCSE Maths and English grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills.
• Passionate about childcare and starting a career in Early Years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ensure children’s individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Complete apprenticeship through Busy Bees Education and Training within the expected timeframe.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity and commitment to development.
