Busy Bees is inviting passionate individuals to start an Early Years Apprenticeship, learning through EYFS, gaining hands-on experience in a Busy Bees nursery across the UK.

You will be supported by experienced mentors, complete a qualification with Busy Bees Education and Training, and build skills for a long-term career in childcare.

This apprenticeship offers practical training, a structured development plan, and a welcoming team culture focused on learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for childcare and start a career in Early Years.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 3/D or above (or Level 2 Functional Skills).
• Desirable: Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure children’s individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Complete apprenticeship within the expected timeframe.
