Kido is a place where innovation and imagination unite to create modern Early Years settings. We operate internationally in India, USA, and the UK, with nurseries in London and Windsor that are rated Good and Outstanding by Ofsted. We are expanding with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year. Our curriculum combines practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, catering to children aged 3 months to 5 years. As an Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience and work towards a recognized early years qualification. The Level 3 course takes about 1.5 years, with options to achieve Level 2 sooner. The role involves supporting the team to provide a safe, inspiring environment, engaging children in activities aligned with EYFS, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues, ensuring safeguarding, assisting with mealtimes, and respecting diversity.
