Grandir UK Limited is seeking an Early Years Apprentice for Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Ower. You will help care for children, support development, and learn through hands‑on practice in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Willing to work with children and support their development.
• Commitment to safeguarding procedures and healthy daily routines.
• Flexible, compassionate, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet each child’s individual needs.
• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Participate in interactive activities: read stories, assist at mealtimes, play, and assist with nappies.
• Act as a positive role model for children and establish trust with parents.
• Develop professional relationships with staff and parents.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and childcare policies.
• Progress toward Early Years qualification with hands-on experience.
