N Family Club in Eastbourne is offering an Apprenticeship for a Nursery Practitioner. You’ll rotate through nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience while studying for Early Years qualifications.

The role is to progress to a qualified educator with a flexible development path, including potential management or specialist tracks. There are two apprenticeship levels available (Level 2 or Level 3) depending on experience, with a 40‑hour week, 7am–7pm shifts, and a comprehensive

Competenze

• Be 16 or over.
• Not already be in full-time education.

Mansioni

• Regular one-to-one sessions with a trainer either remotely or at the workplace.
• Learn and train for a specific job in a hands-on nursery setting.
• Get paid and receive holiday leave while studying at least 20% of working hours.
• Complete assessments during and at the end of the apprenticeship.
