N Family Club in London is offering an apprenticeship as an Early Years Practitioner (Level 2). You will rotate through nursery rooms, gain hands‑on experience, and complete the apprenticeship with potential progression into a qualified educator role.

The role runs a 40-hour week with a flexible shift pattern within opening hours. The package includes apprenticeship funding, access to the N Academy, a performance bonus up to £750 annually, and extensive benefits as you develop toward an EY

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Early Years, Level 2, with potential progression to educator.
• GCSE Maths (4-9 or C-A) desired; Functional Skills in English and maths may be required.
• Training provider INSPIRO LEARNING LIMITED.

Responsibilities

• Support your team in delivering basic childcare routines.
• Deliver our learning through play ethos.
• Innovate with activities to challenge children’s learning.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents.
• Follow safeguarding procedures with a flexible shift pattern (7:00–19:00).
