Job summary

N Family Club is recruiting for an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner in the UK. You will rotate through nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience and completing an apprenticeship in Early Years to progress to a qualified educator role.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week with 20% learning). Starting salaries are £17,784 (Level 2) or £18,845 (Level 3), with apprenticeship funding and opportunities via the N Academy for further qualifications.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship path in Early Years education will be provided.
• Wage details vary by level: Level 2 (£17,784) or Level 3 (£18,845).
• Training carried out through INSPIRO LEARNING LIMITED.

Responsibilities

• Support your team in delivering basic childcare routines.
• Deliver our learning through play educational ethos.
• Innovate with activities and challenge learning and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and follow safeguarding procedures; flexible shift pattern 7:00–19:00.
