An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Apprentice to provide exceptional care and education for children. This role involves supporting children's development while pursuing a formal qualification in childcare. You will collaborate with a team to create a stimulating environment tailored to each child's needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Apprentice is responsible for delivering exceptional care and education for children whilst undertaking a formal qualification in childcare. The Apprentice works with a team to ensure the nursery is compliant in all areas.
The role of the Apprentice is to support the children’s development in partnership with parents, offering contributions to observations and planning for next steps. As an Apprentice works alongside the nursery team to build strong partnerships with parents/carers and other professionals. They play an active part in creating a simulating environment for each child’s individual needs.
The role requires collaboration with others and taking responsibility for working in line with regulatory requirements, BH policies and procedures to develop the strength and reputation the Bright Horizons brand retains.
