Job summary

Storal, a group of nurseries, is seeking an apprentice at Plumtree Nursery School in Nottingham. This entry-level role offers hands-on care and learning support for young children within a nurturing team.

You will work 36 hours a week, earn £8 per hour, and train through an apprenticeship programme while developing skills in child development, teamwork, and communication with parents and staff. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and have opportunities for progression within Storal.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ and have a passion for children
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 2/E or above or Functional Skills Level 1+
• Commitment to a full apprenticeship programme
• Able to work in a team and communicate with management, peers and parents

Essentials

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
• Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
• are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
