Job summary

Crystal Palace Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Apprentice to join the team. You will care for, support, and inspire children while working towards your Early Years qualification in a hands-on setting.

The role offers a training salary of £8.00-£9.00 per hour, flexible working, and strong benefits as part of a values-driven nursery family. This is an excellent entry point into early years education with clear progression.

• Ensure that the children’s individual needs are identified and met
• Supervise and support the children at all times

• Develop friendly, professional relationships with staff members and parents
• Ensure you fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures
• Work towards gaining your Early Years qualification in a supportive and professional environment with hands‑on experience

What You Will Be Doing

Ensure that the children’s individual needs are identified and met

Supervise and support the children at all times
