Early Years - the organisation for young children is seeking an Administrator for the Dungannon and Coalisland Sure Start project. You will provide efficient administrative support to the Sure Start team and help deliver high-quality early years services.

The role involves coordinating daily office tasks, maintaining records, and supporting programme delivery while ensuring a welcoming environment for children and families.

Qualifikationen

• 1. 5 GCSE’s including Mathematics & English Language at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• 2. Two years previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
• 3. Competency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• 4. A full current driving licence enabling the driver to drive in NI and have the use of a vehicle for official purposes or have access to a form of transport that will enable the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full
• 1.NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in the field of Business Administration.

Aufgaben

• As Administrator you will provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the relevant SureStart Project.
• You will ensure children attending the SureStart programmes have the best start in life by providing a safe, welcoming, high-quality, inclusive early education environment, working to improve the ability to learn, improve health and social development of children, ante-natal to four years of age.
