Reporting into a fantastic departmental head, this role focuses on Early Talent and is aimed at candidates with 1–3 years of comparable experience, eager to build a career in the early talent space.
The role concentrates on coordinating and supporting the smooth delivery of the firm’s talent recruitment & development programmes, including graduate, apprentice, and internship pathways. This position is ideal for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience, looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. It is a permanent role that has arisen due to growth, with an immediate start and a salary band of 28-35k.
