Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative to manage goods inwards and outwards, ensuring accurate data entry and stock control. The role requires attention to detail, team collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing and liaison with production, while supporting other departments during busy periods. Early shift pattern applies, with potential development within the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Must have good English and Maths, numeracy and literacy.
• Computer literate and able to learn ERP systems.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.
• Able to lift and move stock safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock accuracy.
• Punctual and with a positive attitude.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, reconcile goods to delivery notes and book items in.
• Label and protect items, put away in correct locations.
• Process goods in timely, uphold quality standards.
• Accurately pick and transact kitting requirements.
• Liaise with production to deliver kits on time.
• Prepare and issue palletised and assembly goods.
• Maintain stock accuracy through data entry and cycle counts.
• Return stock transactions and vendor consignment records.
• Support packing team during absences.
• Work on the early shift as per Team Leader rota.
