Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead early-morning operations for our client. The role runs 5:30am–8am, with pro-rata holiday entitlements and ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will oversee cleaning tasks to meet the client’s specifications, place weekly stock orders, perform regular quality audits, and support recruitment and training of team members while building strong client relationships. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Ability to manage and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning operations to meet client specifications and contract resource levels.
• Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
• Carry out weekly quality audits to ensure standards meet specifications.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with client representatives and promote services.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new colleagues.
