Location: Talk Community Development, Herefordshire Council
Contract: 12 months fixed term
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £31,067 - £35,235

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Talk Community for an Early Prevention Officer (Homelessness) to join a project aimed at preventing homelessness at its earliest stages. The role involves working proactively with the VSCE sector to identify and engage individuals early, preventing escalation of homelessness risk factors. The goal is to provide appropriate support to individuals and families to avoid the trauma and disruption associated with homelessness.
